“My mission is to amplify the voices of grievers worldwide, and encourage grievers on their healing journey.”
Teresa is founder of 2 Become 1 Grief Support, which includes a weekly virtual spouse/partner loss support group. She also hosts Just a Widow Talk: Voices of Spouse/Partner Loss
Her trainings include ASIST, Advance Kansas, Serving Heroes First Responder Chaplain/Peer Support, and Kansas Leadership Center. Teresa is currently a Master of Social Work student at Washburn University.
Since Oct. 7, 2021, I’ve hosted a specific spouse/partner loss weekly virtual peer support circle. We meet 6 pm Central, 7 pm Eastern on Friday nights because weekends can be rough for our population. If you want to attend or refer someone, just have them email me at 2become1grief@gmail.com. Then I will send them the Zoom link. The term I most hear my attendees say is that we are a “family.” That’s a true honor. No cost.
